90% of America’s lettuce comes from 2 places: open fields in California and Arizona, directly downstream from commercial feedlots. H2Greaux is committed to providing our community with a better option: clean, nutritious, delicious lettuce.
We recommend watching the Netflix documentary Poisoned. It gives you an even better understanding the gaps in our overall American food supply and why we saw an opportunity to fill a need for our local communities.

It’s carried by many LOCAL restaurants and retailers right here in Northeast Louisiana, so it helps our local economy when you purchase from them.
We don’t waste anything. We donate our harvest leftovers to help other local farmers to feed their chickens, goats, pigs and even llamas. (We also grow all the lettuce for our zoo… because animals deserve clean food too).
